The second part of the transformation involves facilitating exposure to industry developments,
engagement opportunities with industry captains and providing internship and placement
opportunities. To this end, CIT:

• Engages with recruiters regularly to keep tab on industry demands
• Provides updates to students to help them succeed in interviews
• Correspond and coordinate with industry partners organizing hiring events, job fairs, pool campus drives, etc.
