National Conclave on Reforms in Indian Education System through NEP-2020

About the Conclave:   NEP-2020 is the first education policy of the twenty-first century which was announced after 34 years of the  previous  National  Policy  on  Education  declared  in 1986.  NEP-2020  is directed towards initiating major reforms in schools and higher education levels. National Education Policy focuses on the principle that education  is fundamental  for achieving full human potential, developing an equitable and just society and promoting national development. The main objective of the National  Education  Policy  is to transform  India into an equitable and vibrant knowledge society. It envisions an India-centric education system that contributes directly to transforming India into a Knowledge super-power. The comprehensive transformation aimed through effective implementation of NEP is expected to bring about a paradigm  shift in the country’s education  system and create reinforced educational ecosystem  for  realizing  ‘Atmanirbhar  Bharat’  envisaged  by the Honourable  Prime Minister  of India—Shri. Narendra Modi ji. The policy addresses various factors related to professional education, adult education and lifelong learning, promotion of Indian languages, technology and integration along with online and digital education. It proposes innovative concepts such as Academic Bank of Credit (ABC), multiple exit options with appropriate certification, restructuring of higher education institutions. It is heartening to note that various Webinars, Virtual Conferences, and Conclaves on various aspects of National  Education  Policy  2020 are being organized  across the country by several academic institutions since it is believed that academic institutions have a greater role to contribute towards the implementation of NEP with full spirit. This national Conclave aims to draw academicians from all the National Institutes to deliberate on the roles and responsibilities to be shouldered for implementing NEP 2020 with full spirit to attain its objectives. Fit India Freedom run 2.0

As you are aware that the celebration of 75 years of India’s Independence -“Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav” have commenced with active participation of all stakeholders. In this connection, “Resolves@75”, Fit India Mission has conceptualized Fit India Freedom Run 2.0 to commemorate the occasion. Previous Next The Nationwide Virtual launch of Fit India Freedom run 2.0 by Hon’ble Minister of Youth Affairs & Sports, Sh. Anurag Singh Thakur and Hon’ble Minister of State, Youth Affairs & Sports, Sh. Nisith Pramanik will be held on 13th August 2021. All the citizens will be given a call to make a resolve to include physical the activity of at least 30 minutes daily in their lives i.e. FITNESS Kl DOSE AADHA GFIANTA ROZ. A concept NOTE on ‘Fit India Freedom Run’ is enclosed in this regard.

Covid-19 Vaccination Camp

Hope all of you are doing well. Kindly ensure that you continue to adhere to COVID-19 Appropriate Behavior (CAB) at all times and prioritize vaccination for yourself and your eligible family members without fail. As per the VTU guidelines, COVID-19 vaccination is to be completed on a priority basis for all the students at the earliest before 8th July 2021.  In this regard, our institution is arranging a COVAXIN vaccination camp from the BBMP, Mahadevapura Division for our students and staff members of the Cambridge group of institutions at our campus on 02.07.2021 and 03.07.2021 between 10.00 AM to 2.00 PM. Also, your dependents of the family members could utilize this facility. Those who are availing this vaccination facility should bring their College ID, Aadhar card and fill out the below mentioned google form without fail. CITech stands with people in the covid pandemic, providing ration to the needy people

In K.R.Puram, Mr D.K. Mohan, Chairman of Cambridge Group of Institutions, distributed food essentials to the building workers, labours, and poor people. Most of them have lost their job due to the lockdown imposed by the state government in Karnataka state. He distributed more than 500 food kits to the needy people living in Priyanka Nagar, near K.R.Puram, containing rice, cooking oil, sugar, salt, toor dal, sambar powder, and other essentials. The essential food kit is sufficient for a family for 15 days. In this event, Mr Mohan said, “It is our duty to support the people, who are in distressed condition. In this pandemic time, it is the social responsibility of abled people to extend their helping hands to the needy people. Everyone’s life is precious, and we have to fight against the coronavirus together. Maintaining social distance, wearing the mask, sanitization, and vaccination are our major conditions to stop the COVID-19 Second Wave.”

International Nurses Day
